Donnybrook Fair

The Donnybrook Fair Store Development involved the Construction, Refurbishment and Fit-Out of a new Donnybrook Fair Store at New Street / The Green, Malahide, Co. Dublin.

The Scope of Works included:
Strip out of existing unit and demolition of structures to existing yard
New floor slab and foundations (including piling works) to extended area at former yard  forming new lift pit, Internal & External wall finishes including fibre cement cladding & timber cladding, Composite concrete/metal deck flooring to new structure, New structural steel framing & glulam beams, New doors, windows, glazed screens and sliding entrance doors
Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Installations, Fitout & Refurbishment Works throughout.
