Donnybrook Fair

The Donnybrook Fair Store Development involved the Construction, Refurbishment and Fit-Out of a new Donnybrook Fair Store at New Street / The Green, Malahide, Co. Dublin.

The Scope of Works included:
Strip out of existing unit and demolition of structures to existing yard
New floor slab and foundations (including piling works) to extended area at former yard; forming new lift pit
Internal & External wall finishes including fibre cement cladding & timber cladding
Composite concrete/metal deck flooring to new structure
New structural steel framing & glulam beams
New doors, windows, glazed screens and sliding entrance doors
Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Installations
Fitout & Refurbishment Works throughout
