The Cross Avenue Development is a 1.54-hectare site located off of Cross Avenue, Blackrock. The Development comprised of a ‘Build to Rent’ apartment development and will consist of 3 No. blocks ranging in height up to 9 storeys, including basement and all ancillary works.
The Cross Avenue development included:
• 244 no. apartments. This will include 18 no. studios, 122 no. 1-bedroom units, 100 2-bedroom units, 4 no. 3-bed room units.
• All residential units will be provided with associated private balconies/terraces to the north/south/east/west elevations.
• The provision of 733 sq. m of residential amenity facilities. This will include Resident Support Facilities, Resident Services and Amenities, lobby and café, concierge, management, co working area, meeting areas, hire hub, multipurpose areas, relaxation/sitting area, parcel area, pet wash, fitness are, residents lounge/private dining;
• A total of 71 No. car parking spaces located at basement level and one set down area at surface level.
