Clayton Burlington Road, Dublin

The project involved the extensive repair, refurbishment of the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road including the upgrade of the various existing mechanical and electrical systems and all associated builders works across various floors of the hotel. The scope of works included the following:

• Enabling works to facilitate the refurbishment works
• Demolition & strip out of existing services, finishes and layouts.
• Full Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Upgrade works
• Extensive upgrade works to existing AC Ventilation System
• New mechanical extract duct system and water mains installation
• New service risers across various floors
• New internal layouts throughout various floors
• Refurbishment of existing reception area
• Installation of new internal finishes throughout
