Citywest Residential Development
The Citywest Apartments development will principally consist of the construction of 290 No. apartments over six no. blocks on a 2.90-hectare site.
The proposed development is in two portions, 1 located to the North of Citywest shopping Centre and one located to the South.
Main works will include the following:
• 290 no. apartments. This will include, 106 no. 1-bedroom units, 144 2-bedroom units, 40 no. 3-bed room units.
• Provision of vehicle access to the northern and Southern portions of the site off Citywest Drive (Along the western side of the development)
• Provision of a secondary site access point in the south eastern corner of the site which is intended to facilitate pedestrian and cyclist permeability between the proposed scheme and Citywest Road. The Access point also serves as an alternative access point for emergency services.
• Provisions of internal site road network including associated footpaths and linkages for pedestrians and cyclists (Which facilitates delivery of green link objectives as set out in Fortunestown LAP)
• Provision of surface water drainage, foul drainage and water supply connections.
• Also included in the scope of works are the external hard and soft landscape and access roads and paths.
