Bethany House Social Housing Development, Sandymount, Dublin

The Bethany House Social Housing development consisted of the construction of 62 no. one and two bedroom residential units which will cater for the age friendly community of South Dublin and beyond. The site was redeveloped to provide a home for existing and some new residents. The development consists of a fully managed housing community unit with car parking facilities, courtyard, hard and soft landscaping, water features and full walkways to the first and second floors.
