Conservation & Heritage
Monami Construction provides experienced site management and highly skilled craftsmen to deliver the traditional building trades essential for the conservation and restoration of heritage properties and historic sites across Ireland. We recognise the responsibility that comes with working on protected structures and approach every project with care, precision, and respect for its historical significance.
At Monami, we have a strong understanding of the theoretical, technical, and legislative frameworks that govern built heritage conservation. Our team stays up to date with evolving best practices, conservation principles, and relevant guidance, ensuring all works are carried out in line with current standards and statutory requirements.
Our site management staff and craftsmen bring extensive experience in restoration and conservation, having delivered projects across a range of period buildings, including Dromoland Castle, Mary Immaculate College, St. Flannan’s College in Ennis, and Merrion Square in Dublin.
