Ballyvolane Primary Care Centre

The project site will consist of a the construction of a primary care centre located on Ballyhooly Road, Ballyvolane, Co. Cork. The site is currently a greenfield site which is used for agricultural purposes.

The proposed development consists of:

• A main primary care unit.
• 100 no. car parking spaces.
• 12 no. motorcycle parking spaces.
• Bicycle parking.
• Access road from Ballyhooly Road including culvert bridge.
• Hard and soft landscaping including a planted slope berm.

Scope of works includes:

The works is to include the felling of a large number of trees, installation of a culvert system at the main entrance from the Ballyhooley Road and the construction of a Primary Care Center. The development also proposes ancillary facilities including internal communal space, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, vehicular access, pedestrian access, parking, lighting and plant and all associated works above and below ground.
