Capel Street Hotel, Dublin

The project consists of construction of a new hotel, ranging from three to six storeys over basement at the site at 58-59 Capel Street and 3-6 Parnell Street. The works include demolition of No. 59 Capel Street (excluding the front elevation), and incorporation of the remaining existing structures at 58 Capel Street and 3 Parnell Street into the new structure which comprises the remainder of the site. The new structure consists of an RC basement, steel frame, composite metal deck floors and SFS façade system, with timber floors in the retained structures of No. 58 & No. 3. The completed hotel will feature 79 bedrooms, a bar, a gym with sauna and plunge pool, and an internal courtyard. The project includes for all associated drainage, utility services and landscaping works.
