The St. Flannans College Refurbishment project involved the refurbishment of various areas throughout the College which is historic in nature and a protected structure. The scope of works included stripping out of existing finishes and full refit including drylining, mechanical and electrical installations and floor, wall and ceiling finishes. The works also included extensive specialist interior decoration to Heritage Ireland standards, roof & chimney repair works and repointing of various stonework.

The works were carried out on a phased basis to ensure minimal disruption to the day to day activities of the college.
