Housing development to include: Construction of 58 residential units contained in 3nr. Building blocks A-C in Blessington; Foul sewerage in the proposed development will be connected to the existing sewerage system. Surface water will be attenuated on site and discharged into the existing surface water sewerage system. The proposed watermain in the development will also be connected to the existing watermain; Preparation of the site such as demolition of existing walls and shed and removal of hard standing areas etc. and the manufacture of all units and their erection on the subject site including site completions, landscaping, and boundary enclosures.
