Old Anatomy Building, Trinity College Dublin

This project will involve the refurbishment and fit out works to the of Old Anatomy Building, Trinity College Dublin.

Refurbishment work will include but not be limited to the following:

• Demolitions and strip out work
• Internal Alterations (ceilings, walls, windows, floors etc.)
• A new lean to polycarbonate roof over the existing store and walkway
• New electrics and plumbing to be installed throughout while maintaining existing where possible
• Drainage works to connect new lab sinks to existing drains
• New medical gas works installation and commissioning
• Alteration works to roof work including Mechanical & Electrical works on the flat roofs
