Dalata Hotel Group have appointed Monami Construction as main contractors & PSCS for external & refurbishment works at their landmark Maldron Hotel, Limeirck. Works include new fusion system roof structure, roof cladding, zinc flashings and external wall completions. In addition a number of rooms are to be refurbished as part of the works.

Further housing units have been released to Monami Construction for pyrite remediation works on the Chapelwood Estate, Hollystown Co.Dublin. Monami have now successfully completed pyrite remediation works on over 70 housing units on the estate.

Monami Construction are currently undertaking the fit out of penthouse apartments at Elm Park, Dublin 4. The project includes the internal fit out of 18 duplex apartments and associated public areas. The onsite works programme is scheduled at 18 weeks with the project due for completion in July 2014.

Monami Construction have completed refurbishment works at the Limerick County Library Building, Lisanalta House. The project was completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standard.

As valued clients, Monami Construction were delighted to support Mary Immaculate College’s first annual Gala Dinner held recently in the Limerick Strand Hotel. Funds raised went to support student experiential learning in developing countries and the continued development of inclusive education for adults with learning difficulties.
