Fusion Logistics Facility Development

This project involved the construction of a new manufacturing & logistics facility on behalf of Fusion Logistics. The project was carried out in a Brownfield area in the Annacotty Business Park adjacent to existing warehouses. The development consisted of warehousing, offices, associated car parking, surface water attenuation and all other ancillary site works. The site area is 2.8973ha and the gross floor space of the development is 9,168.68m.sq. The scope of works also included Clearance and reduction of dig within the site boundary and construction of the aforementioned buildings with community and ancillary space at lower ground floor and ground floor level. The development also included ancillary facilities, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, upgraded vehicular access, pedestrian access, bicycle parking, lighting and plant and all associated works above and below ground
