Topping Out at Clayton Hotel

Monami are pleased to announce another major milestone in the delivery of our latest project at Cardiff Lane, Dublin 2, with the successful topping out of the Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane Extension.

Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane is one of Dublin’s leading hotels. Located in the heart of Dublin Docklands, the contemporary four-star hotel currently offers 304 guest bedrooms, state-of-the-art conference centre featuring six flexible meeting rooms accommodating up to 220 delegates, and extensive leisure amenities including a 22-metre swimming pool and fully equipped gym. The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from both the Convention Centre Dublin and 3Arena.

This achievement marks a significant step forward in the project. The extension will deliver 115 additional guest bedrooms across 10 floors.
